How can I cancel my order?

To ensure fast processing, we begin working on your order as soon as it’s placed. If you need to cancel, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll assist you with the cancellation.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your illustration, please let us know as soon as you receive it. We’ll offer unlimited revisions until you’re 100% happy with the result.

If you’re still unsatisfied, we’ll issue a refund.

If you have a framed illustration, please contact us so we can arrange a return shipping label for you.

What if my portrait is damaged when it arrives?

We take extra care with our custom packaging to ensure your posters and framed artwork arrive safely.

If your order is damaged during transit, please send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it at artemory@gmail.com . We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

What if the number of people in my portrait is different from the photo I provided?

* If you selected more people than the photo, we’ll get in touch with you and refund the extra amount you paid.

* If you selected fewer people than in the photo, our design team will proceed with your order, and we’ll send you an invoice for the additional cost. We’ll also send you a reminder email.

  Please note that your portrait will not be shipped until the full payment is made.

What if I don’t like the portrait I received? Will it be replaced?

If you’re not satisfied with your illustration, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll continue working with you to provide unlimited revisions until you’re fully happy.

If you’re still not happy, we’ll issue a refund.

For framed illustrations, you’ll be responsible for returning the frame, and there will be a €25 EUR  restocking fee. Please contact us at artemory@gmail.com for the return address.
