* You may request changes to your order, but such requests may affect the timeline for delivery.
4. Pricing and Payment

* Once you approve the final artwork, we will proceed with the printing (if applicable) or deliver the digital version.
6. Delivery and Shipping
* Digital Artwork: Once your artwork is approved, it will be sent to you via email or a secure download link.
* Printed Artwork: If you’ve ordered a printed version, shipping times are as follows:
* Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.): 2–7 days
* International Shipping: Up to 14 days
Shipping fees will apply based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
* Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it. After this time, no cancellations will be accepted as work may have already begun on your order.
* Refunds: We offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the artwork after receiving it. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order for a refund or to request revisions.
* For framed artworks, a restocking fee may apply.
8. Returns
We accept returns only if the artwork arrives damaged. If your item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 2 days with proof of the damage (e.g., photos). We will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
9. Intellectual Property
* All digital artworks created by Artemory are copyrighted and remain the property of Artemory unless otherwise agreed upon.
* You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the purchased artwork for personal purposes. Commercial use of the artwork is prohibited without prior permission.
